We design our training programs to get you to make fitness a part of your life – not just an occasional pit stop. We do this with our Crossfit 609 methodology – a hybrid of traditional strength training and CrossFit.
We believe that in order for you to make coming into our gym one of the best parts of your day, you need to train in a great communal setting, in which CrossFit 609 is known for having one of the best.
We also understand that functional fitness may seem intimidating if you’ve never done it before, which is why you can first enroll in our Crossfit 609 Basic Training course. A beginners course we developed for people who are new to CrossFit.
